The Hohner Intrinsically Safe Flow Sensor DLS-011 (Dragon Flow Line Sensor) is a high-precision, heavy-duty flow monitoring system engineered specifically for volatile oil & gas drilling operations and harsh industrial fluid processing. Certified for globally recognized hazardous locations including ATEX, IECEx, UKCA, and CSA Class I, Div 1 / Zone 0 environments, this sensor delivers continuous, reliable level and flow measurements for drilling mud, chemical fluids, and industrial effluents. Constructed from solid stainless steel, the DLS-00X withstands abrasive media, high pressures up to 5 bar, and intense mechanical stress in both open-trough and closed-pipe return lines.

Operating via a mechanical spring-tensioned paddle arm connected to a certified intrinsically safe shaft encoder, the DLS-00X translates up to 90 degrees of angular displacement directly into a proportional electronic output signal. Designed with field maintenance in mind, the device features an adjustable spring tension housing, customizable paddle sizes for various pipe diameters, and anti-seize hardware for rapid installation and service. Built-in terminal block access and rugged cable gland entries allow field technicians to wire and calibrate the unit safely without special tooling.
